I was traveling with two teens, so this is the suite I booked, and it was perfect. It was quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from the exterior, nor did I hear much from them in the living room when the doors were closed. Part of the reason for choosing this suite instead of an Executive Suite is that it has also has a half-bathroom in the living room area.

Executive Chef, Marco Fossati, creates continuously evolving seasonal menus using only the freshest ingredients to create signature dishes inspired by the flavors and ingredients of Northern Italy.
It features a warm elegance with sleek lines, neutral tones, and contemporary furnishings creating a refined and sophisticated atmosphere.
During our last visit, I decided to splurge on the 40-day dry-aged rib eye steak and it was outstanding. My daughter and her friend shared rigatoni and a few salads. They were craving a Caesar salad, which wasn’t on the menu, but in true Four Seasons style, they made one for them anyway.

The Neighborhood: Palo Alto, CA
Palo Alto, California, is a vibrant and dynamic city in the heart of Silicon Valley.
While many people visit for business reasons, there are things to do. Visiting the sprawling Stanford University can help you clock in your daily steps (I advise a hat and sunscreen).
The historic Stanford Theatre showcases classic films from the 1920s to the 1960s. Art lovers should check out the Cantor Arts Center’s diverse collection, including Egyptian artifacts, contemporary art, and works by famous artists. I recommend catching a sporting event.
I enjoy Stanford Shopping Center at the edge of campus. It’s a lovely outdoor mall anchored by major department stores like Nordstrom and Bloomingdales, with a nice mix of luxury stores, boutiques, and fast-casual food.
Off-campus, outdoor enthusiasts will love Arastradero Preserve, with over 600 acres of hiking and biking trails. An ideal destination for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and forests.
Another great outdoor attraction is Gamble Garden, a public two-acre garden with various plants, flowers, and trees.
If you’re traveling with kids, stop into the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo. This interactive museum features hands-on exhibits and live animal displays that allow kids to learn about science and nature. Visitors can also participate in animal feedings and behind-the-scenes tours to get a closer look at the zoo’s residents.
Kids will also love Baylands Nature Preserve with its 1,940 acres of wetlands, trails, and wildlife habitats. You can participate in guided nature walks, bird watching, and other educational activities to learn more about the local ecosystem.
